You:

• Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in Growth, Go-to-Market, Sales, or Business Development
• Know how the digital world works and understand what players are shaping it
• Have a track record of turning go-to-market strategies into measurable results
• Like working with data, numbers, and clear structures
• Know your way around modern Sales and Marketing tool stacks, CRM systems, and outreach tools
• Ideally already know the Creator Economy and digital advertising world
